ABSTRACT

Brugada syndrome manifests itself in specific clinical, electrocardiographic changes, and with frequent cardiac arrest, when there is no other pathology associated with cardiac structure or coronary arteries. It is still difficult to assess the risk of patients with Brugada’s syndrome, especially those who do not feel any symptoms. Changes in type 1 ECG, syncope, sudden cardiac arrest are the most reliable prognostic indicators. The latest research indicates that it is appropriate to evaluate the fragmentation of QRS. The value of an electrophysiological examination is controversial, but it may be important for the evaluation of multi-parametric data to identify the risk.
